Wika Tower is an office building that supports business activities in a strategic area of Jakarta. Developed between 2012 and 2018, the building serves as a corporate operational hub designed to enhance productivity, collaboration, and user comfort. The project was delivered for PT Wijaya Karya, with spatial planning and building infrastructure aligned to the demands of modern work environments and the dynamic nature of Jakarta’s central business district.
Distinguished by its implementation of the GREENSHIP (NB) standard with a Gold rating, Wika Tower demonstrates efficient and sustainable building performance—ranging from energy management and indoor air quality to the responsible selection of materials. With a total floor area of approximately 31,498 m², the building is designed to provide a comfortable, safe, and adaptive workspace, while supporting the long-term operational sustainability of the company within Jakarta’s urban landscape.
