Metropolitan Tower

Metropolitan Tower is an office building that supports business activities in one of Jakarta’s strategic areas. Designed to enhance productivity and collaboration, the building offers efficient workspace layouts with strong connectivity to transportation networks and urban facilities. The project was developed for PT Metropolitan Development, with phased development focused on improving workspace quality and the reliability of building infrastructure.

In its most recent phase (2020–2024), Metropolitan Tower stands out through the implementation of GREENSHIP standards and the achievement of a Gold rating. This approach emphasizes energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and responsible resource management. With a total area of approximately 65,000 m², the building is designed to provide a comfortable, safe, and adaptive working environment, while supporting the long-term operational sustainability of businesses in Jakarta’s central business district.
