The Energy Building is an office tower located in Jakarta’s business district, supporting corporate activities at both national and international levels. Designed to enhance productivity and collaboration, the building offers efficient workspace layouts with strong connectivity to urban facilities and major transportation networks. The project was developed for PT Api Metra Graha, with the initial phase carried out between 2019 and 2020, focusing on improving spatial functionality and the reliability of building infrastructure.
In the subsequent phase from 2023 to 2024, The Energy Building stood out through the implementation of GREENSHIP standards and achieved a Gold rating. This approach emphasizes energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and more responsible resource management. With a total floor area of approximately 62,251 m², the building is designed to deliver a comfortable, safe, and adaptive working environment, while supporting the long-term operational sustainability of the company in Jakarta’s central business area.
